Nicole Sat Sukh Kaur
Nicole,one of the founders of Soul & Yoga is a global lover of yoga and life itself.
She has been studying and teaching Yoga for many years worldwide in Teacher Trainings, Workshops and Retreats.
She is an experienced RYT with Yoga Alliance and also a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher (Golden Bridge, Los Angeles).
Fortunate to study with great teachers like Seane Corn, Sharron Gannon, David Life, Gurmukh and many more from the eastern and western tradition of Yoga she is now helping others to discover their own potential through the ancient art of Yoga.
Her Yoga Classes are known for combining creative and uplifting asana sequences challenging both the body and mind with ancient wisdom and an experience that will lead you to your highest potential.
Grown up in Germany, she has been living in India and Europe for many years now and can offer a perfect bridge between the ancient traditions of Yoga and our modern world.
She is also a certified Ayurvedic Therapist, Health Consultant and mother.

After discovering yoga, Tara could hardly get enough of it. After graduating college, where she studied all kinds of things but focused on nutrition and political science, she decided the next step should be to see the world and study yoga.
She loves activity, good wholesome food, and new adventures.
As a Certified Yoga Teacher she is very excited to be part of the Soul & Yoga community.
